Work Messages supports three methods of email delivery:

1) Web Mail
2) Exchange Server (Push)
3) IMAP (Fetch)

All desktop clients and mobile devices use Push or Fetch. All web browsers support Web Mail, but with a varying degree of flaws and idiosyncrasies.

This forum is here to address some of those flaws and idiosyncrasies and to shed light on the problems that others have had so as to avoid duplication by future users.
